I never considered myself to be an
athletic person and have relied on my quick metabolism to stay
slim for most of my life. Once I hit 30, pizza and cupcakes
didn?t burn off quite as fast just by sitting on the couch.
Therefore, I made the decision to spend my evenings pushing
dumbbells versus pushing buttons on the remote. Not knowing how
to turn on a treadmill, I looked for a local gym to find the
fitness help my glutes needed. I stumbled upon Krystle, who
offered me a trial training session, and I?ve been hooked ever
since.Training sessions with her are never boring ? she
surprises me each and every time with new circuits and
techniques. The best part is that I see the results I want.
Krystle?s encouragement, dedication and knowledge of what makes
'working out' work keeps me motivated and helps push me to my
limits, which I know I couldn?t do on my own. This once
non-athlete now craves the challenges that Krystle offers me at
the gym. She says it best: 'Fit is in.'
